Only the middle one is French and it is too broken for me to take a chance on it. I think part of the quote got lost. It appears to possibly be a poem.

As for Jordan, ignore him. He has never been out of the county of his birth. He believes what he is told. The French never surrendered in WWII. The insurrectionists (that's what dubya calls them) fought on until the allies arrived.

what you asked doesn't make much sense actually... a litteral translation would give you : why is it every time me (celaprennent -- huh???) -- a chance that i achieve evil... doesn't make much sense........
